To decide to complete an MBA was one of the most important decisions I took in these last years. The times have changed; we live in a new Era (so-called ‘Knowledge Economy’). Unlike in the ‘Industrial Age’ where seniority was the most important source of competitive advantage for the employee, in the ‘Information Age’ it is knowledge (up-to-date knowledge) that matters.

Earning an MBA has enabled me to plan for a professional career I could not have envisioned without the degree. And, although it takes time and hard work to climb the corporate ladder (and perhaps a little bit of chance or at least, the eye for opportunities) it is my belief that it will be much less backbreaking with an acknowledged academic degree in one’s back-pocket.

Absolutely! An MBA program teaches one to think holistically; it enables one to appreciate the big picture of business. The theoretical aspect of the course is also very much enjoyable - it is actually the foundation of one’s business acumen development for there is nothing as powerful as the (good) practice of a good theory.

Enrolling an MBA by Distance Learning is the one option if one is looking for flexibility. Indeed, such a formula provides one with the ability to combine the demands of a job with one’s thirst for personal development. Furthermore, in my experience, the administrative support here was great - proactive and responsible.
